For new international patients, we offer a structured initial evaluation package. It includes a review of your medical records and imaging (e.g., X-rays, MRI, CT scans), a 30-minute video consultation with a specialist, and a personalized diagnosis and treatment recommendation.
The fee of 280 € is due before the video consultation.
For the initial evaluation by our medical team, we need your existing medical records—including doctor’s notes, test results, and any imaging studies (e.g., X-rays, MRIs). Please send these to us before the video consultation so that our medical team can assess your case in advance and discuss it with you during the video consultation.
Yes, of course. Please be sure to include this information in your request—it’s especially important if you’d like us to arrange accommodations for your companion as well.
