What most practices outsource, we handle right here on-site.
Our in-house laboratory, led by our molecular biologist and biotechnologist, combines active research with everyday clinical practice. The result: therapies that are based not only on experience but also on the latest scientific findings—tailored specifically to you.
Lab work that makes a difference
Our laboratory operates across all departments and supports every aspect of care at the ROC—from diagnostics to monitoring treatment progress.
's Personalized Treatment Profiling Every treatment begins with a personalized analysis of relevant health parameters. Depending on the specific issue, this may include factors such as cell quality, metabolic status, inflammatory markers, or other laboratory values.
Assessing readiness for treatment Before starting treatment, we determine whether the timing is right—for example, by assessing the level of inflammation (including CRP).
Quality Control of Cell Material Before any stem cell treatment, we can ensure that only viable and clinically relevant cell material is used. This testing can be performed individually for each patient upon request.
Follow-up Care The success of the treatment is objectively monitored through regular follow-up examinations—based on medical findings, not on a hunch.
Evidence-Based Optimization Our treatment protocols are continuously refined based on the latest research findings.
In-House Research & Laboratory Development We are actively working on innovative methods—including enzyme activity analyses and cryopreservation techniques.
Our Divisions
ROC Ortho
Regenerative cell therapies – precisely prepared
In the field of orthopedics, we rely on autologous regenerative therapies: treatments using the patient’s own cellular material, which is individually processed and tested. Our laboratory oversees the entire process, from processing and quality control to scientific evaluation.
The focus is on regenerative cells (including stem cells) derived from the body’s own tissue. Since this is a heterogeneous cell concentrate with regenerative properties, it is particularly important to perform an individual assessment before each application.
What this means for you and what makes treatment at our clinic so special:
Before each injection, the number and viability of the regenerative cells are checked
Treatment is performed only if the cell material meets the quality requirements
Upon request, we can provide you with a complete overview of your individual cell profile
ROC Gynecology
In gynecology, we perform certain tests directly in our in-house laboratory.
Thyroid Testing: TSH, fT3, fT4, and antibodies—recommended for menstrual irregularities, fertility issues, fatigue, or hair loss.
Vitamin D Levels Vitamin D level testing performed directly in the office.
Iron Status & Folic Acid Iron, ferritin, transferrin saturation, and folic acid—for example, in cases of fatigue, hair loss, or during specific life stages.
Our laboratory also provides targeted diagnostic services in the ROC Vital program—such as testing for vitamin D or iron levels and other relevant health parameters.

Allergy Testing With the ALEX³ allergy test, we offer comprehensive allergy screening. The test simultaneously detects specific IgE antibodies against up to 300 allergen components—from a single blood sample. This provides a complete picture of potential sensitivities without the need for multiple tests.
Fungal Diagnostics If fungal infections of the skin or nails are suspected, we perform fungal swabs right here in the office and analyze them in our in-house laboratory.
Our in-house laboratory bridges the gap between research and patient care. Here, we not only analyze lab results, but also prepare treatments, monitor therapies, examine cell samples, and refine new procedures. This approach results in a form of medicine that directly applies scientific findings to patient care—tailored to the individual, transparent, and at the cutting edge of research.
Our lab team
Expertise you can count on
Our laboratory is led by a molecular biologist and biotechnologist who, together with her team, translates scientific findings into daily patient care. Thanks to close collaboration between the laboratory and treating physicians, research, diagnostics, and treatment are directly integrated.
For you, this means that medical decisions are based not only on experience, but also on objective data and the latest scientific findings.
