We had an excellent experience at this clinic. The entire staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The doctors have cutting-edge expertise, and the treatment fully met our needs and expectations. What’s especially great is that everything is on-site, and imaging, X-rays, ultrasounds, and lab tests are completed within a few hours. We had a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation of both knees, followed by a consultation, and finally received an Arthosamid injection from a top-notch doctor. We started at 9:00 a.m., and by 1:00 p.m., everything was completed to our complete satisfaction. That’s simply outstanding. My 5-star rating is therefore based on our personal experience and reflects the quality of this clinic as well as the exceptional teamwork of everyone involved.
It was my first time at the orthopedic clinic, and I was very satisfied. The organization was excellent, appointments started on time, the treatment process went smoothly, and they used advanced treatment methods.
In March 2025, I underwent a stem cell transplant in my right knee at the ROC. I was very impressed with the clinic and the team; Dr. Filesch’s consultation and explanation were also excellent. In August 2025, it was time for my second knee, and I have to say it worked out really well. Since then, I haven’t had any pain and can walk for kilometers again. Since the orthopedic surgeons had told me that only a knee replacement could help, I’m so glad I made the 600-kilometer trip. Thanks to the great team and Dr. Filesch. I’m so happy it worked out.

Whether it was at the front desk with Ms. Wimmer, or later on with Ms. Zengler and Mr. Merkl, they always created an atmosphere where, as a patient, you feel supported and not alone. Everything was explained clearly and nothing was taken for granted. You always felt you were in good hands.
Mr. Heine, my attending physician, also makes you feel that the patient is absolutely the center of attention. He doesn’t get lost in endless ramblings filled with technical jargon, but rather explains the diagnosis briefly and concisely and has solutions ready right away.
All in all, having been a patient there several times, I can wholeheartedly recommend the ROC as a very pleasant and professional practice!

In 2024, I had felt well taken care of here, and that’s exactly why I recently made an appointment with Dr. Filesch after a household accident. That appointment went anything but as planned. It was a disaster. Another doctor came in and told me that I didn’t have an appointment with Dr. Filesch, but with him, and that Dr. Filesch wasn’t even at the clinic. Shortly afterward, I ran into Dr. Filesch in the hallway, and he said he’d join the consultation, which didn’t happen. I then underwent a machine-based therapy session, during which I wasn’t told how the machine worked, and I was quite startled by it. A new staff member pricked me twice while drawing blood so hard that I’ve had severe problems with my right arm ever since and now have to undergo physical therapy for it. The arm had been pain-free before. I actually wanted to clarify this with Dr. Filesch, so I called the office and asked for a callback. I was assured I’d receive one, but it never came. The bill arrived—as always—promptly—and based on the diagnosis, I learned that I have a vitamin D and B12 deficiency. A phone call regarding this—and, above all, a callback from Dr. Filesch—would have been appropriate. This experience leads me to conclude that patients and their concerns are evidently of little importance to this rapidly expanding practice.
Outstanding Results for Grade 4 Knee Osteoarthritis
Highly Recommended
After years of pain due to advanced knee osteoarthritis (Grade 4), I decided, in consultation with Dr. Manos, to undergo denervation of my right knee at the ROC. Despite the long 4.5-hour trip from the Rhine-Main region, this was the best decision I could have made.
My only regret is not having taken this step much sooner. Less than 24 hours after the procedure, I am already 90% pain-free—an incredible improvement in my quality of life while retaining full mobility.
Special thanks go to the surgeon, Dr. Patrick Heine. He is an extremely personable doctor who impresses with his great sensitivity and impressive expertise. I felt well cared for and in excellent medical hands at all times.

Outstanding doctors and practice—I was there last week for a Spierecut procedure. The treatment was completely pain-free, and I was able to do everything again just one day later. Dr. Manos really knows his craft; he even took care of my other minor aches and pains right away! The practice is worth every penny!!! I’ll be back in January, this time for my knee.
This was my first visit to this practice after I had a bicycle accident. The staff was very friendly and professional from the very beginning. The doctor, Dr. Fielisch, took plenty of time to explain everything in detail, and I felt very comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Filesch took a great deal of time with me and, unlike other doctors, allows patients to ask questions and share their concerns. Dr. Filesch is most likely one of the best orthopedic surgeons in the Munich area.

A doctor younger than me… now I feel old 😉… but I can only echo all the positive reviews. Here, the patient truly comes first, and you never feel pressured to buy expensive treatments – quite the opposite. My shoulder condition practically healed itself… without the injections I received from other orthopedic surgeons. Physiotherapy is available on-site, and appointments for necessary treatments can be scheduled quickly. My mother, sister, and colleague are all equally enthusiastic. My mother, despite having public health insurance, received immediate and effective treatment, and the bill was more than fair. Many other doctors could learn a thing or two from them. Thank you!
