For our accounting department, we’re looking for a dedicated individual who will enrich our team with expertise, attention to detail, and a keen understanding of financial processes. Experience in the medical field is a welcome plus—what matters most to us is your competence and your enthusiasm for taking on responsibility.
Your tasks:
- Accounting:You record and manage all business transactions and ensure that all financial flows are documented accurately and completely
- Payroll Accounting:You reliably process wages and salaries and provide support for basic HR processes and contract drafting
- Reporting:You analyze revenue and expenses and prepare balance sheets and income statements to provide a solid foundation for business decisions
- Tax Compliance:You prepare tax returns, calculate taxes, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Invoice Verification:You review and post incoming and outgoing invoices and identify discrepancies early on
- Budget Planning:You actively support the Controlling department and senior management in financial planning
- Liquidity Management:You keep track of payment transactions and ensure sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations
- Internal and External Communication:You work in a spirit of trust with tax advisors, banks, and other specialized partners to develop a transparent and sustainable financial strategy
- Consolidation:You reliably consolidate the financial data of multiple companies within our group
- Compliance with Legal Requirements:You ensure that all financial processes comply with current legal and regulatory requirements
What you bring with you:
- Completion of an apprenticeship as a tax clerk
- Several years of professional experience at a tax firm or accounting service
- Proficiency in (payroll) accounting
- Proficiency in using DATEV
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with basic HR processes and contract drafting would be a plus
- Ideally, prior experience in accounting at a medical practice or medical facility
- Reliability, accuracy, and a high degree of confidentiality
