Business Manager (m/f/d)

To ensure that our doctors can focus on what matters most—medicine—we are seeking a Chief Administrative Officer who will be responsible for and further develop all business and organizational matters. This is a newly created key position that reports directly to the Executive Board and the Medical Director.

Your Responsibilities

Finance and Accounting 

• Responsibility for all internal and external accounting (financial accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting) 
•  Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) in collaboration with the tax advisor 
• Cost and Performance Accounting, Profitability Analyses of Individual Departments 
• Budget, Investment, and Cash Flow Planning, as well as Forecasts 
• Development and maintenance of a comprehensive reporting system and appropriate key performance indicators for management 
• Interface to accounting systems (health insurance billing, private billing) as well as to banks, auditors, and government agencies 

Purchasing and Inventory Management 

• Procurement of medical supplies, office supplies, consumables, and capital goods 
• Supplier selection, price and framework agreement negotiations, requests for proposals 
• Inventory Management, Order Processing, Inventory Counts, and Optimization of Stockout Ranges 
• Contract and Service Provider Management (Maintenance, Cleaning, Waste Disposal, Insurance) 

Your Profile 

• A degree in business administration (e.g., business administration, health economics, health management) or a business apprenticeship with relevant continuing education (e.g., certified tax specialist, certified accountant, certified specialist in health and social services) 
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the healthcare sector (medical care center, medical group, network of practices, or hospital) 
• In-depth knowledge of accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and of management accounting; proficiency in using DATEV or comparable systems 
• Negotiation skills in purchasing and a keen sense of cost-effectiveness 
• A structured, self-directed approach to work, a hands-on mindset, and a passion for building systems rather than just managing them 
• Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and absolute discretion when handling sensitive data

Accountant (m/f/d)

For our accounting department, we’re looking for a dedicated individual who will enrich our team with expertise, attention to detail, and a keen understanding of financial processes. Your tasks:

• Accounting:You record and manage all business transactions and ensure that all financial flows are documented accurately and completely
• Payroll Accounting:You reliably process wages and salaries and provide support for basic HR processes and contract drafting
• Reporting:You analyze revenue and expenses and prepare balance sheets and income statements to provide a solid foundation for business decisions
• Tax Compliance:You prepare tax returns, calculate taxes, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
• Invoice Verification:You review and post incoming and outgoing invoices and identify discrepancies early on
• Budget Planning:You actively support the Controlling department and senior management in financial planning
• Liquidity Management:You keep track of payment transactions and ensure sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations
• Internal and External Communication:You work in a spirit of trust with tax advisors, banks, and other specialized partners to develop a transparent and sustainable financial strategy
• Consolidation:You reliably consolidate the financial data of multiple companies within our group
• Compliance with Legal Requirements:You ensure that all financial processes comply with current legal and regulatory requirements

What you bring with you:

• Completion of an apprenticeship as a tax clerk
• Several years of professional experience at a tax firm or accounting service
• Proficiency in (payroll) accounting
• Proficiency in using DATEV
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with basic HR processes and contract drafting would be a plus
• Ideally, prior experience in accounting at a medical practice or medical facility
• Reliability, accuracy, and a high degree of confidentiality

Accounting Clerk (m/f/d) · Part-time Job · Starting Immediately

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable and organized person to join us on a part-time basis for approximately 4–6 hours per week, starting as soon as possible. 

At our modern medical center, which specializes in orthopedics, dermatology, physical therapy, laboratory services, and aesthetic and plastic surgery, you will handle administrative and business tasks and support our team with patient management as well as billing and accounts receivable. 

Your Responsibilities 

Patient Management 

• Verification that consent forms are complete and have been filled out correctly 
• Verification of patient information (name, date of birth, address, and signature) 
• Documentation and Labeling of Complete Records in the T2Med Practice Management System 

Patient Support by Phone 

• Contact by phone to confirm the appointment 
• Clarification of Insurance Status 
• Recording initial patient visits and maintaining and updating patient data in the practice management system 

Payment Monitoring & Accounts Receivable Management 

• Verification and Reconciliation of Incoming Payments Based on Bank Statements 
• Reconciling Incoming Payments with Outstanding Receivables in the Practice Management System 
• Contacting patients by phone and in writing regarding outstanding payments 
• Supporting the collections process by sending reminders for outstanding receivables 

Invoice Management 

• Preparing and regularly uploading the invoices to the portal 
• Verification of billing documents prior to submission (e.g., checking for complete and accurate information) 

Your Profile 

• Completed business training, currently enrolled in college, or equivalent qualification 
• Previous work experience in a business-related field, in accounting, or in practice management is a plus 
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of T2Med or comparable practice management systems is preferred 
• A structured, meticulous, and self-directed approach to work 
• A friendly and professional demeanor when speaking with patients on the phone 
• High reliability, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility
