Spinal therapy

Back pain, slipped discs or facet joint arthrosis are among the most common reasons for reduced quality of life due to back pain. We rely on modern, image-based spinal therapies as well as conservative measures - individually tailored to your complaints.

Our focus

Ultrasound-guided facet infiltrations

Facet infiltration is an injection guided by sonography. This means no radiation exposure compared to CT-guided infiltrations.
Anti-inflammatory agents, hyaluronic acid or PRP (autologous plasma) can be injected directly into the facet joint.

Manual therapy / mobilization

If it is not structural damage but a functional disorder that is restricting your movement, we can use targeted, gentle manual therapy techniques to help you regain your usual pain-free mobility. A careful clinical examination - supplemented by imaging procedures if necessary - forms the reliable basis for a tailored and low-risk therapy.

The manual techniques are carried out with precise positioning, good deep contact, pleasant basic tension and - if necessary - a minimal, manipulative impulse. If necessary, we also use muscle energy techniques and myofascial methods.

Manual medicine can relieve pain and noticeably improve mobility not only in the spine, but also in peripheral joints.

We attach great importance to an individual assessment in order to specifically address your complaints - and to find the way to greater well-being and mobility together.

Infusion therapies

The intravenous administration of medications (also in combination) can achieve a rapid (within a few minutes), consistent and well-tolerated effect or pain reduction. Infusion therapy is particularly helpful and promising for patients with gastrointestinal complaints, therapy with blood thinners or other underlying illnesses that do not allow oral tablets to be taken.
