Yes, even if you have public health insurance, you can receive treatment at the ROC. However, since we are a private orthopedic practice, treatment is provided on a self-pay basis.

Following a workplace injury, you are generally free to seek initial treatment from a doctor of your choice and are welcome to visit us at the ROC first. Our orthopedic clinic in Aschheim, near Munich, can provide an initial orthopedic evaluation. If further therapy or follow-up treatment is necessary, you must consult a doctor licensed by the German Workers’ Compensation Insurance (BG).

MITOVIT® hypoxia training usually takes place in practice in a relaxed situation while lying down. The application is perceived as pleasant and causes many people to relax and fall asleep. In contrast to the altitude training of athletes, there is usually no sporting activity during hypoxia training. In order to imitate the stimuli of physical exertion, MITOVIT® hypoxia training uses a more reduced oxygen concentration.
